Welcome to FastClip!
To use FastClip, you must read and comply with the FastClip User Agreement (the ”Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and us regarding your registration and use of FastClip.
I. Scope of Agreement
This Agreement applies to FastClip and related services, including existing and future services. Specific services are subject to actual availability.
Supplementary agreements (e.g., Privacy Policy) displayed on FastClip shall form part of this Agreement. In case of conflict, supplementary agreements prevail.
II. Account Registration
Eligibility: You must have full legal capacity.
Security: You are responsible for account credentials. We are not liable for losses due to user negligence.
Updates: You must promptly update information changes. Failure may result in service limitations.
III. Service Usage Guidelines
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
  • Violating laws or public order
  • Unauthorized modification/distribution of FastClip content
  • Using unauthorized third-party tools to disrupt services
  • Posting illegal or infringing content
  • Violation Handling: We may restrict accounts, remove content, and pursue legal action.
    IV. Third-Party Services
    FastClip may integrate third-party services. You must agree to their terms separately, and assume all risks.
    V. Data Protection

    VI. Intellectual Property
    All FastClip content (including assets and trademarks) is legally protected. Unauthorized reproduction/modification/commercial use is prohibited.
    VII. Account Deactivation
    Deactivation Conditions:
  • Severe violations or government orders
  • 12-month inactivity with zero balance/no active subscriptions
  • Process: Submit a request via customer support. Effective after review.
    VIII. Disclaimer
    We are not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, policy changes).
    Third-party service issues are the provider’s responsibility.
    IX. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    This Agreement is governed by laws of England and Wales, subject to:
  • Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR)
  • Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2022
  • Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Any dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration under LCIA Rules, seated in London, in the English language. The award shall be binding.
    X. Agreement Updates
    We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
